This is a supplement that would probably benefit most adults. It has vitamins K1, K2/MK4, and K2/MK7. Other ingredients are coconut oil, natural carob, softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water) - nothing harmful.

Vitamin K is supposed to be really good for you. I take it as a part of my stack. I know some people will complain in the reviews about sourcing but to be honest, I have a decent size supplement stack so I can't afford for it all to be fully organic.I do think, (or perhaps hope strongly) that Micro Ingredients is good quality. I have a good amount of powders and supplements from them and it seems to be good quality good price,No complaints here at the moment.Customer Service has been cool to me for the most part, I can't take away points from them there.Seems to be a good value company to me.

I love these softgels, they are easy to swallow and digest, and the virgin coconut oil base is a great touch. It not only aids in the absorption of the vitamin but also offers additional health benefits. I appreciate that the softgels are made with high-quality ingredients and are free from artificial additives. The softgels are small and have no aftertaste. I am very happy with this purchase. The little oil pills are smaller than I expected, so I'm pleasantly surprised. Five stars for exceptional quality and excellent health benefits!
