I ordered the version that was configured with 64 gig of memory, 1 TB NVME drive, and Windows 11 Home. I Immediately upgraded Windows 11 from Family to Professional. I am a university professor, and I use this computer for lecturing and developing/delivering PowerPoints and audio /video presentations, research, streaming, and various other tasks. I also use Dragon Professional digital voice dictation software. The computer functions with adequate speed and Processing power even on resource-intensive apps. The machine is able to easily run multiple tasks simultaneously. I note that the reviews on Bolo for this product have been variable, but my experience has been positive. The design of the computer is quite lightweight, very bright and crisp screen and clean/minimalistic design. It lacks USB C ports but has 3 standard, high speed, USB ports, as well as a card reader. I have not had any concerns with processing speed (i-7 12th gen processor), and no concerns with reliability or overheating, as some users have reported In their reviews. At the time I am writing this review (April 2025), the computer is selling for approximately $150 less than I paid for mine in 2023!

1.0 out of 5 stars SLOW - Plastic Doorstopper. Works like an I3 processor and can't handle writing code.
I bought this in January of 2025 (nearly February) and after installing coding tools (Android Studio) this machine can barely handle opening Notebook. I have not had to "hard boot" a pc in over 10 years as much as I have to with this machine. I upgraded from Core I5 to this I7 hoping that I could run Android Studio and code in Visual Studio and all it does is EAT UP computer processing ALL THE TIME. My 5 year old I5 Dell has more power than this POS. The RAM also gets bogged down. I feel that they put to much advertising BS into these computers and pre-installed garbage. I also did not notice that the keyboard is NOT backlit, which should be standard at this price. It is a cheap plastic door stopper.

Bought this for my husband. It's been a great laptop as expected with Dell. It's lightweight and a smaller frame than my old Dell that I've been using since 2019, but both are 15.5 Inspirion. I purchased this knowing it wasn't a touchscreen, but my husband preferred that it wasn't. This computer has all the ram, processing speed, and more than enough memory. Extraordinary value!

Description said Win 11 Home. Arrived with Win 10 Home and some bad messages about BIOS. I was able to reset BIOS to factory defaults and upgrade to Win 11 so thought was okay. BUT... item is listed as having Intel Core i7-1255U and instead has Intel Core i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz. This processor is 2 years older and 33% slower than what was advertised.

Adquirí este producto hace más de un año y sigue como nuevo!!, el rendimiento del producto no ha cambiado, si estás buscando una computadora de alto rendimiento por este precio te la recomiendo!!, lástima que el teclado del producto está en Inglés, por lo que hay algunas teclas que cambian, aún así puedes cambiar esto, fuera de eso es un producto muy bueno!! 9/10
Primer uso y se calienta demasiado. No comprar!!
El material es totalmente de plástico. No creo que dure mucho. Y por el poco tiempo que la llevo usando se me hace muy raro que se caliente demasiado. Probablemente por q es todo de plástico pero aun así no me gusta.Y venía rapado la parte de abajo. Lo más probable es que la regrese y pida reembolso.Si no viven en Estados Unidos no se puede devolver, asi que cuidado!!

Buenos componentes, Pero ??
Llego bien la computadora, sin licencia para Windows, los componentes como disco duro memorias, etc todo bien, PERO mucho cuidado los tensores de la pantalla (bisagras) vienen muy apretados y además que los plásticos muy frágiles hicieron que se vencieran la base donde van sujetadas las bisagras y se rompieran.Plásticos muy frágiles, muy débiles.
