First, it is easy to set up and use and owner’s manual is brief but thorough. It is well made and the reservoir is simple to fill and is top shelf dishwasher safe! It charges from a dead battery to full in less than an hour. It does a great job. Has several settings to customize your flossing experience. It does a wonderful job and my teeth feel cleaner even after first use. I suggest you use it in the shower until you are familiar with the unit’s operation. It’s comforter or to operate and a decent value for the money. I most highly recommend this for adult users.

I had been using Waterpik Cordless Advanced Water Flosser for 9 years until I dropped it. Decided to switch to this one and I am super glad I did! Been using this for months now and definitely prefer the design of this flosser vs my waterpik. It's way easier to clean and drain which helps to prevent the mold/mildew to grow on the water flosser itself. With waterpik it's pretty hard to clean or drain the water inside the mini water tank. This one works like a screw top, so putting water in/out is more convenient.

Works sufficiently, but doesn't replace the gum stimulation you get with regular floss. Wish the water pressure had an option that was a little higher. LOVE that you can take this in the shower! Water capacity is a little low. i do find myself needing to fill it up two times to really feel like it's done its job. Overall great purchase. Goes a while without needing to charge.

I’ve been using the Philips Sonicare Cordless Power Flosser for a few days now, and while it doesn’t replace traditional string flossing, it has become an important part of my daily routine.Why I Bought It:As a busy mom and healthcare professional, I’m always looking for ways to improve my self-care habits. I wanted something to help with the areas that string floss sometimes misses.What I Like:Cordless & Convenient: Super easy to handle and perfect for travel. The compact design fits comfortably in the hand, and it's rechargeable via USB-C, functional! Also, its less noisy than other brands I have used in the past.Powerful Yet Gentle:The multiple pressure settings are great (this was recommended by my dentist).Quad Stream Tip:This is where it really shines. The design makes it easier to target a wider area between teeth and along the gumline.Quick Water Tank Refill:The reservoir is easy to fill and clean. You can detach it from and let it dry in between uses. Durable material for both the tank and the flosser.Overall Impression:It’s not a substitute, but it definitely elevates my oral hygiene. After using the PHILLIPS SONICARE CORDLESS POWER FLOSSER 3000 (WHITE), I loved it so much, I ordered a second "3000" flosser in black from the same Bolo product page. The white flosser has a USB charger cable, the black flosser has a proprietary 2-pronged charger cable. I think that the 2-pronged cable comes with an older model "3000" flosser, though the packaging on on my two flossers is identical (except for the color).The white flosser is performing beautifully through at least two charging cycles. The black flosser has failed completely within the very first charging cycle. I was concerned at first that there was something wrong with the black flosser's rechargeable battery, but now I think that the pump controller is the problem. When the flosser handle is fully charged, pressing the on/off button on the failed flosser causes the pump to operate in short bursts, if at all. The pump sometimes runs continuously, if the flosser is held tip down so that water can run through it into a sink.My guess is that water gets into the handle during flossing, and eventually reaches the pump, causing it to fail. Failure after a short time seems to be a problem with Waterpik cordless flossers as well as with these Phillips Sonicare cordless flossers.There is no question but that water flossers clean between my teeth much more effectively than dental floss. I need to use a water flosser, so I'll have to keep searching for one that lasts at least a year, or that doesn't build up black mold in the wand like some noncordless Waterpik flosser models do.You may want to purchase warranty coverage, if it's available, for any water flosser purchase. Also, be sure to read the one-star reviews for any water flosser you are about to buy.

I have no issue with the way this product works. What I have an issue with is it recently "died". I purchased this on 12-6-24 and yesterday, 6-30-25, it has stopped working. I tried charging it twice with no success. What a waste of money.
Charging challenges, Not good value for money

Since the inside wasn’t really damaged and the product was new, I accepted.Philips has changed the charging port to a more proprietary charging port like the Philips chargers ( as available in Dubai with the C charging port) which is inconvenient as I’ve discarded the charging wire assuming it is a C port! My fault but while most are moving towards the universal C port ( including Apple), Philips wants to move away! Else the product is good, but not really value for money with cheaper, equally good variants available.

Great product but missing Travel Bag
Good value for the product. Came in sealed and new with charge and plug but was disappointed for the Travel Case as per description and it was NOT FOUND in the box.Part of choosing this 3000 model than 2000 was also for the bag that I can put inside when I travel.
Perfect except for refilling the water
Amazing and perfect machine.I gave it 4 stars because of the refilling water tank everytime.Otherwise its perfect.
Dedicated Changer
Setting up a dedicated charger is a downside, meaning you need to carry an extra charging cable when traveling.
