She tries different products from time to time. It comes with a scent which most of our customers don't like So my mom not wanting to waste money by throwing it away started to use a tiny little bit of it to see what happens. The clothes still came out softened and no noticeable scent. No one that we know of got any skin irritations, allergic reactions, or the like. We also used it for our own clothes and everything was fine. My family actually enjoyed the smell, so we used a full cup for every load. This is not a bad softener. Just a matter of preference over the scent. 5 stars.
