I’ve been using Gain for years, and it never disappoints! The scent is amazing it lingers on clothes without being overpowering. It cleans clothes thoroughly, even after tough stains. The detergent is gentle on fabrics but tough on dirt. I love that it keeps everything smelling fresh for days. Worth every penny!

Love the smell of this detergent. I have never had issues with Gain, even with sensitive skin. I can never find this at the store and when I do it’s behind a thick wall of glass. Recommend for the quality, smell, and lack of irritated skin.

Good detergent. You don't have to use much. Which balances out the cost. The smell I have a problem with. Not because it smells bad but it smells nothing like...well actually the title on the bottle is vague. I think they themselves were confused. Island...island what? Fresh? So not Island stale? Usually you'd think, pineapple or coconut etc. It doesn't smell like any of that. So, Island. Ok. And the smell doesn't last. That's a preference though. Some people like it to last some people don't. It cleans well, gets stains out, leaves towels soft etc, but I have no clue what the smell is. And clearly they didn't either.

I am fairly picky when it comes to my cleaning products. I have certain brands and scents that I like and I stick with them even if they're pricey or something else is on sale. This scent used to be called apple mango tango and I've used it exclusively since about 2008ish. When they discontinued that scent I was frantic until I found island fresh. It's less apple scented but still mostly the same.The detergent itself is great. Leaves my clothes clean and smelling fresh. I pair it with the same scent beads and dryer sheets to make everything stay smelling great even if it sits in my drawers for a little while.The price is also excellent. At the store the same sized bottles are way more expensive and this scent is harder to find. Overall this is the ideal place to purchase for the best deal.

I have used Gain detergent for a number of years, using either the original scent or another scented one. Someone recommended the tropical scent but I wasn't sure about trying it, mainly because I was worried about the scent being over powering or clashing with my body spray or cologne. But I gave it a try due to my friend's endorsement and I'm glad I did. A light floral fragrance, not over powering or loud. Cleans really well and clothes smell outdoor fresh. Great value as well. I am happy with my purchase.
