Help for the victims
So many books about narcissism and narcissistic abuse focus on the narcissist’s experience or on what it’s like to experience each event as the victim - which are often unpleasant but can be tolerated. This book helps put all of those events together into understanding the abuse and what you can do about it. It goes common narcissist tactic by tactic but doesn’t lose sight of the reader who has experienced many of them repeatedly for years. Love it!!

One of the best books on narcissism, because it straightforward, with no slang or too opinionated. doesnt make it solely about particular partner relationships you feel like you can understand and apply it to any narcissistic person or experience. There are no reference stories to fill in pages and gaps, and even though it repeats some points and words, thats still a good strategy to make the reader sink in their brains properly the information and remember the key points of narcissism

So I just received this book about 30 minutes ago. Delivered on time.About the book at a glance. Bold print, easy to read and to understand. The index is perfectly set.Having read the first chapter/section titled 'The Nine Criteria' explains what the narcissist can do and explains what to watch out for in future relationships.This is a must have book if you are involved or have been involved with a narcissist. This book will help even after recovery of the abuse you endured inflicted by a narcissist.

This is the book I wish had been out before I met my ex! Well written, informative and encouraging. This gives you not only everything you need to know about narcissist people and narcissist abuse but also how to deal with them and how to recover after a relationship with them as well as how to cope if gou're still with them. Written in an easy to read format that makes it easy to go back to parts you want to go over. Anyone dealing with a narcissist should read this!
