Looks great & not that difficult to assemble. Electric “fire” fills most of the glasses in area, unlike some that leave a big portion of blank space. Pieces all fit well together.

It's a very nice piece. I gave it a 4 because some parts don't fit tightly. Once we put the unit against the wall the tiny spaces couldn't be detected. They should charge another 50 bucks and send it at least partially together. It looks very nice...

Arrived damaged.Assembly took around 45 min.We noticed the damaged piece almost at the end. Continued to assembly thinking it might not be that noticeable but we were wrong.Honestly it’s sad because it is a beautiful chimney but returning and replacing is just to much with my schedule.

I have been looking for a fireplace like this for soooo long but so many were very expensive. The pictures don’t do justice. Size, quality and packing were a 10/10 for sure! I wasn’t expecting this great of a product and couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. I was so excited to get this electric fireplace set up, that within minutes of it arriving, we were already opening the box and putting all the pieces together in excitementIt took us about an hour in total to get it all together, instructions were clear and easy to follow, and it came with all necessary hardware to complete the build.Once we got it in place and turned it on, we noticed the large crack in the electric fireplace portion of the unit, there is also a large line that cokes down the back of the screen, which is a big bummer.It was all packaged well so I’m mot sure what caused these flaws, but I’m still over the moon to have the unit as it’s beautiful and gives off such a nice ambiance in our living room.

The best feature for me is that the flames can be on without the heater. Our area gets pretty hot when in the summer and being able to have a beautiful fireplace setting without the heat makes this a great thing. We can enjoy the view without getting the heat. It was easy to set up and worth the wait. Took me a while to set it up as you do need a second pair of hands in my opinion. Sturdy, heavy and well made. Comes with everything needed and it is a great size. Great quality and absolute beautiful. I have always wanted a fireplace in my home so for now, this is perfect. A beautiful centerpiece.

This fireplace is just amazing, the way it looks and what it does. The fact that it works as a heater is just what I needed in our room addition that doesn't have heat. It warmed it up so fast, with a warm constant heated flow. The remote, tuns the unit on and off, controls the 4 fire levels, the temperature settings for the heat and a timer. The unit can display a fire with or without the heat. Assembly is required, it definitely was time consuming because it's a large piece of furniture with several pieces. All pieces are labeled to match the awesome diagramed instructions. This is definitely a solid peice adding so much ambiance to the room. I absolutely love the look of a fire and this is a no work, no mess solution. I am beyond happy with this fireplace and highly recommend it.
