Feels a little weird, but I think I can get used to it quickly.

Omg, they stuck to the inside of my nose during a 2 hr period . Need to recommend needs to be use with safe gel, cream or something that can be put in your nose . Sorry I didn’t want to even rate these things was force too in order to let ppl know . They hurt putting them in and didn’t get better . What a nightmare.

It's a nice idea, and it's helpful to have a case. I bought these hoping to move onto a less wasteful snore-reducing product compared to nose strips. Plus nose strips would leave a sticky residue. It takes a while to get the right fit with these. I switch between the 2 sizes - not quite sure which one is best suited yet. I have a septum piercing which help to make the various eye-watering adjustments while inserting and positioning it a bit more bearable, and it doesn't get caught on it. However, it still never quite seems to stay where I want it for a full night. If I'm talking or doing any sort of facial expression, it will move and possibly begin to fall out and maybe even pinch a little - hence the eye watering. I will still use it, but may switch between this and using nose strips -but just buying less nose strips of perhaps between packs when I'm running low.

These work okay as long as you can keep your nose dry and don’t roll over a ton. The first sign of moisture/mucus though, and these things slip all over the place, turning every which direction and have even fallen out a time or two.

I'm amazed! I've been using a sleep tracking app because I'm always tired & wake up several times each night. I discovered I was snoring about 1/2 the night. I wasn't sure these Nasal dilators would work. But on the 1st night of using one, I went from nearly 3hrs of snoring to just 9min of snoring & from walking up nearly every hour to only waking up twice. For me, these are a game changer.

The media could not be loaded. This has got to be the most useless attempt at a nose expander to solve this problem I have ever seen. The rubber/silicone is thin and wobbly and it sort of just "limps there". When trying to put it in the nose, it just sort of squishes and its not strong enough even to indent the skin, and certainly not strong enough to open the airway. I would stay away from this one and find one that has a lot more oomph.

I’m a snorer & sometimes it gets loud. My partner has reported that I do not snore loudly since wearing this at night. It’s pretty comfortable to wear all night, it’s cleans easily, & I like that it’s reusable. 10/10!

Me ha funcionado génial. Son suaves, pero se fijan bien en la nariz. Por lo general mis cornetes tienden a cerrarse un poco por las noches y eso me hacía abrir la boca y se me resecaba mucho la garganta. Llevo 3 meses sin tener ese problema. Mis noches son otras

I love these!!
I really like this product. I find the material is softer and more flexible than other similar dilators which makes it more comfortable to wear, and I like how the ridges are not as sharp so the dilator doesn't dig into your nostrils as deeply to the point of pain. And the price is great!

I love these!!
