After 35 years, the neuropathy has been spreading and getting progressively worse. I’ve been getting shooting pains in my toes, and the sides of my feet burn. I also have neuropathy to a lesser extent in my legs and fingers.I’ve only had this unit for less two weeks, but it’s already really helping. It helps block pain at fairly low levels of output, and my body continues to feel stimulated for hours after I finish a 25-minute session.The unit is well built, easy to learn to use, and has a simple but effective remote control. The digital display of the unit clearly shows what’s going on. I looked on the internet for more information on how and where to place the pads, such as placing one pad on the back of the hand and another on the inside of the wrist.The unit consists of two separate solutions, so that you don’t have to buy separate nerve (TENS) and muscle (EMS) stimulator pieces of equipment, which can be quite expensive. There is the foot pad part that sits on the floor, which has a built-in arch support so that all parts of your foot are in contact with the pulses. There are reusable “sticky” pads that you can place anywhere on the rest of the body. You can run both the foot and body parts at the same time, and the power cable and pads’ cables hook into the floor unit.There are a lot of intensity levels you can set for how strong you want the pulse to be. You push a button and can build up the intensity as slowly as you want. There are also a lot of different modes/styles for which you can really feel the difference - such as acupuncture & cupping, massage & kneading, tuina & shiatsu, and gua sha & packing. I didn’t think I’d use them all, but I do. It’s fun to scroll through the choices and try them all. I don’t have to settle on one mode.This product works best when your skin is moist, so be sure to lubricate the feet and other body parts. It makes a huge difference on how much of the pulse you feel, and greatly reduces how high you must set the output pulse power. I tried wetting my feet and using a hyaluronic lotion, but in the end, I bought a gel on Bolo specifically made for this purpose.I am so glad I bought it. It’s so much affordable than paying for professional massages, and I can use the unit many times a day without leaving home. In fact, I use it while watching TV, so I don’t feel like I’m wasting time on a separate activity. Lastly, I’ve previously bought different supplements to help with neuropathy, but I didn’t notice any improvement.The unit is VERY quiet and doesn't vibrate. This product helps reduce my pain from foot and lower leg neuropathy. There are 25 treatments to select from, but if you do not select one, the device will move from one to another, going through all 25. This is very effective. As my vision is poor, not selecting a treatment means I only have to adjust the treatment level. I can point the remote at the device and click on one button repeatedly to increase the intensity for both feet. I count the sounds the device makes with each successful click to set the device without being able to see it. (If the remote is not pointed directly at the device, there is no clicking sound.) I have not used the stick-on pads. It is very nice to be able to use this effective device without help from another person!

This review is incomplete as I've contacted the company that produced the device. I will update my comments and rating depending on the response they provide. The machine is exactly what I need as I have peripheral neuropathy in both legs and feet. I have used red light therapy for 2 years and it has helped, but the disease has progressed and it's less effective. This device should be exactly what I need because it has EMS&TENS. The problem is that those technologies are useless if you don't know how to use them. This machine has 25 different MODES. It is a great marketing tool but without knowing what each MODE actually does and what specific medical issue is appropriate for your problem, it's like having a sports car and using cheap gasoline. Listen to these MODES and tell me what medical problem (like mine) would be the correct MODE. GUA SHA, TUI NA MASSAGE, GUA SHA PRESSING, TAPPING, STROKING, CUPPING, PUSHING, ROLLING PERCUSSION, KNEADING...How would an average person know what MODE to use for their problem. I actually took the manual with me to my doctor and showed him the various named MODES and he had no idea which one's would be appropriate for my medical issue. The danger is that this device isn't a TOY, the misuse of this machine could result in damage to your legs or feet or other body parts. I'm hoping that I can get some help. Anybody that has had success with this device please contact me or post it on Bolo. I really do want this to work.UPDATE-I HAVE HEARD FROM THE COMPANY AND VERY USEFUL INFORMATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED. THE PROCESS WAS EXPLAINED TO ME AND NOW I CAN PROCEED. IT'S A LONG TERM PROCESS AND NOW I CAN PROCEED AND SEE IF IT IS EFFECTIVE FOR MY NEUROPATHY. I GAVE IT 4 STARS FOR THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE . AFTER A FEW MONTHS I WILL RETURN TO GIVE AN OPINION ON THE RESULTS. I HAVE REASONABLE EXPECTATIONS, I DON'T EXPECT THIS DEVICE TO CURE MY NEUROPATHY, BUT I WANT TO SEE IMPROVEMENT IN MY BLOOD CIRCULATION AS EVIDENCED BY A REDUCTION IN MY SWOLLEN ANKLES.
