This book is a great resource for women over 40 who are finding themselves wanting to be a mom or is newly a mom. I really like how much detail this book goes into and appreciated the section on Chinese vs Western medicine. The part on various ways to boost fertility was also eye opening for me and will be something I can refer back to!
