The cleaning, and time it takes to make them look good became a pain in the butt. So glad I bought these, can cut anything on them and the cleaning is easy. Love them.

These have held up for a while now. The only issue is to be careful of certain meat consistencies which can be grinder into the plastic.It is best for slicing everything except meat. However, it is not the best for mincing, which wears at the plastic creating divets for food (especially meat) to get stuck and making it harder to wash off.Simpy put, it’s satisfying and more convenient than a board as long as I keep it to slicing non-meat products and refrain from mincing.

I had to buy all new kitchen supplies after an unfortunate mouse incident and these are awesome. They're easy to store, clean, and use! They stick to the counter to secure what you're cutting very well. Inexpensive, look great, and are durable so far!

I purchased this set to supplement my hardwood butcher block cutting board after seeing a documentary about bacteria that remains on cutting boards despite thorough scrubbing. I liked that there are 3 mats, 1 each for fish, meats and fruits & vegetables. They are light weight and easily lifted to bend to transfer cut food. However, the texture of the mats is unpleasant to touch, rather like sandpaper or sharkskin. There is enough texture that it makes it difficult to cut all the way through food, often leaving a thin depth of uncut food, enough to prevent achieving completely separate pieces of food.. As the point of the mats is to provide a cutting surface, that makes them less than useful. The strange texture holds a thin film of food, requiring a lot of scrubbing to clean and they are prone to staining.

These cutting boards are amazing, they far exceeded my expectations. The cost was amazing for such high quality items. The colors are solid, the weight is perfect. It’s so easy to use them to cut and pour it into any bowl, container or pot. Super easy to clean, and it makes meal prep fun because it is so useful and easy.

Absolutely GREAT
I just received these mats yesterday and tried them last night. I'm completely impressed! They're thicker than everything else out there and they grip the butcher block I was using beautifully. They held up to my initial use with my 10" Victorinox chef's knife and were very easy to clean. I was hesitant to purchase at the higher price point but these cutting mats are actually very well made and great quality. I don't mind paying extra when the quality is there. I highly recommend this product.
Flimsy.
Really flimsy product. So thin they curled in the box. I would not recommend this product.
