This heating pad works great! I do however need a new cord as my puppy chewed through mine on day 2 of me having it! Is there a way to purchase the cord apart from the heating pad?

Works well. Just isn't as easy to use in all the places I need. The corner plug is often in the way and is bulky. So love the settings and the fabric though.

Multiple heat settings, multiple time settings from 30 minutes to 2 hours, soft fabric, thin so easy to pack for trips, and inexpensive. I thought it had stopped working after 4 months and even ordered another brand/model. Word to the wise: check all connections before assuming the worst. The heating pad is fine. The connection with the cord was stuck in the recliner and had come apart! How to feel foolish on a holiday weekend before any partying begins!

This is a great heating pad! My grandmother asked me to order this for her, and she uses it on a daily basis. It’s very soft and lightweight. She was so excited to show off her pretty purple heating pad to her sisters, who then wanted one as well. Haha!

This XXL heating pad was JUST what my mom needed as an early Mother’s Day gift. She has recently developed arthritis and has difficulty sleeping due to that pain, and this has been a HUGE help for her. I’m so glad I went with the extra large sized pad so she cover her entire back at one time, and the shut off safety feature is so important, because the amount of comforting heat this item puts out lulls her to finally be able to get some sleep. I want to buy one for every member of my family!

I would have given this pad less Stars except I like the size. It's 20x24 it's really wonderful it covers the entire back you don't have to adjust it Etc. The problem with it is it that does not get really hot so if you're wearing a sweater you're probably not going to feel much heat through that sweater if you're wearing a thin blouse or a thin shirt then you can feel the heat but it's not that hot and it won't stay on. So all of my heat pads get much hotter than this one and you can set them to stay on you can set them for Auto turn off but they're also is a setting for stay on this pad does not have that so every 2 hours you have to turn it back on. Which means if you're trying to take a nap or sleep or something it's just going to go off in 2 hours and then you're going to have to wake up and reset it. So because of the fact that it doesn't have a stay on option and it doesn't get really hot I did not give it more than three stars. I'm probably not going to return the one I got just because I like the size and I just looked at a whole bunch of them this size and none of them had to stay on feature anymore. So if the stay on feature is not important to you and if you don't need it to get really hot then this is a great heating pad. But if you like it to get really warm extra warm I don't mean extra hot but just really but it will go through your clothes and heat up your body and you want it to stay on then I don't recommend this one
