On my second order now and prob will continue to use. The scent is good but not overpowering and both work very well. I ride motorcycle a couple thousand miles every season and keeping my facial hair clean can be challenging but this product works very well!

I've been using regular shampoo and conditioner on my long beard for 15 years. Mostly because that's what there and I didn't feel the need to buy a product it felt like I was being unnecessarily sold on.Then, I was gifted a small trial of beard conditioner from a different manufacturer. And boy howdy, I don't know the chemistry behind it, but the my beard was fluffier, less scraggly, and so much easier to comb than it had ever been. Fast forward a bit to when that sample runs out, and here I am ordering this Viking Revolution shampoo/conditioner set. A bit cheesy on the branding in general, and including stickers and stuff in the product in particular (maybe cool if you have kids or are one of those people who puts every sticker they've seen in their adult lives on their car's rear window). However, same result - a silky smooth beard, even after a day working in the garden with soil and dust covering my beard. Good stuff. Though, I'm not knowledgeable enough to know if the shampoo is substantively different than other shampoo - but the beard conditioner is somehow still better than the name brand head hair conditioner I used to use.That said, while the quality of the product is commendable, the vanilla smell is overly sweet. Not sure I'd purchase this again if that were the only option available. Secondly, the bottles are expensive for the volume you get.Are there pricier products on the market?Absolutely.Does that justify spending $9 for beard shampoo in a volume akin to something you could sneak past a bored TSA agent in your carry-on luggage?Well, that's for you to decide. I'd have to think a bit and price things out against competitors before I'd make this purchase again, simply on the price-per-volume ratio alone.Overall, recommend the product, but if you can find something similar for a better value, go for it.

Anyone trying to grow or currently have an epic beard need this stuff. Scent is pleasant and not over powering. Softens, cleans ,and conditions even rough course beards. Paired with the beard oil from the same company and you won't be disappointed.

Bought for my husband to use with the beard oil and balm. He loves the way it feels and says it has stopped his itching. I love how it smells! I can't get enough and often find myself burying my face into his beard for a big wiff. Will be buying again.

Thought I'd give it a try and it's great. A little goes along way - the beard wash lathers up nicely, cleans very well and the the conditioner is rich and thick as it should be. The scent is bold during use, in a pleasant way, but once dry it was subtle. Afterwards my beard was clean and very soft - the wifey gave her seal of approval!I have a long beard, that needs care and this stuff stacks up against the top brands I've used before. I'll certainly be ordering more.
