It shapes my beard nicely and keeps the unruly strays at bay. I've had a beard for a very long time but never really messed with balms. Oils here and there but I'm also of the minority that just uses shampoo and a nice conditioner in the shower. Lately though, I've been thinking I should start taking better care of it so I picked up this balm, their oil, and also a nice boar bristle brush. Wow, what a difference. I'm kicking myself that I haven't done this sooner!I scrutinized over all the different scents, and I still want to know what a few others are like, but ultimately, I love what I picked.When I asked my wife what to get, she said "just get sandalwood." Nah, too boring. Sweet tobacco was absolutely the right choice and man does that scent last! When it comes time to reorder, I'll be hard pressed to try a new scent. Maybe I'll just not be cheap and get an additional one lol.Anyway, buy it, you'll love it.

The smell of this stuff in unbelievable! It does a wonderful job conditioning and isnt overly oily. I love the softness of my bear after using it. Highly recommend for beard health and happiness!

The texture of the balm is thick but not hard. It easy to spread and apply. I like the scents especially the Citrus and Bay Rum. The Citrus is lightly scented, and the Bay Rum has a pleasant cinnamon scent. My only complaint is the container is flat style measuring about 3 1/2 inches wide 5/8 inch deep. It is sometimes difficult to grasp the upper and lower halves of the container to open, especially if my hands are wet or oily. I put a rubber band on the lower half to assist with grip. I prefer deeper well containers that have more surface to grasp to open.

First time trying this product for my mustache. I love the scent and the texture. It’s not greasy and moisturizes just right. I have been using mustache and at one time beard products for approximately 3 years and this so far is the best one.

Good Stuff. I have tried the Sandalwood and Spiced Vanilla and was pleased with both. Both have a nice scent, I find the Spiced Vanilla the better if the two.After being shaved for many years, I have been drowing a beard the past 8 moths and for the forseeable future. I use beard oil (this brand and others) and decided to check out the beard balm due to my beard growing in various directions. It definitely helps with that.I have a scruffy red beard and this stuff definitely helps tame it down. I always use a good boar heair brush and carry a pocket comb on the go.Work this balm i to your beard and it will be there for the day, and more managable. Nice smell, and never underestimate the power of a smell in your social interactions.

I love the product, but they've changed the packaging to be these very thin cans. Which if you have any of the balm on your hands are very difficult to open and close. Even if you don't they can be difficult to open and close just because there's barely any surface to grab. Because of that it's also hard to get the threads together to close it. I don't really know why they've changed them. But its a pain in the ass. Probably seems like first world problem, but if you have any issues with your hands It's going to be challenging and didn't used to be.

A good quality beard balm
This beard balm is pretty good, it has a nice scent to it and it does help the beard hold its shape for the most part of the day. It will leave an greasy feeling on your hands after use but that can be easily solved if you wash your hands after use.I would recommend this product.
