Genuinely gave me post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) for the first time in my life. My skin is the opposite of sensitive, and usually resistant to the harshest of ingredients, but using this for a week or two made my skin tight, red, and flaky. I didn’t realize it had anything to do with the cleanser and thought I just needed to exfoliate a bit more, but i was wrong. This cleanser ruined my skin barrier. I had to get a bunch of new soothing products to re build my skin, then finally start new products to reverse the hyperpigmentation this gave me, which was worse than when I even started. Awful cleanser.

This face soap is great, besides...., my face feels clean, smooth, hydrated. It does well at removing makeup. It doesn’t have a very strong scent. It lathers and goes on smooth. It does not clear or minimize my pores. I have large pores, and they will be dark if I don’t use the correct soap and serums. The soap is the only thing I changed in my skincare routine, and my pores are dark and visible. This soap may work better for you if you don’t have any issue with large pores, or use a daily exfoliator in addition to face soap. I expect my face soap to clear my pores.

I love this face wash, it is perfect for my skin which is a combination of very dry yet oily nose and chin with clogged pores. The appearance of my skin was dull and not soft and smooth anymore. I started by leaving this on for 3 minutes and worked up to 5 minutes. What an amazing difference! My skin is soft and new! I had no problems with any irritation at all. My pores look so much smaller with all of the old dead oil removed from them and no ,ore flakey dry spots either. I will look former products by this amazing company!
