You only need one with each dairy serving, so this bottle will last awhile! I’ve had other less potent products and sometime 3 pills do not do the job, so I really appreciate the quality and effectiveness of this brand.

Muy buena cantidad de enzimas, pueden ser tanto masticadas como tomadas. Excelente cantidad de UFC. Llegan rápido a Colombia.

They work just fine. If you do even a hint of research you'd know that some people need far more pills and some are fine with just the suggested serving. Literal forums full of people talking exactly about that out there. I've used all of the extra strength (9000 FCC) and the normal strength. If they're not working, you're going to need more pills. I have to take approximately 8 for meals with less dairy content and upwards of 15 for those heavier in dairy. You know your body best and if the suggested 2 isn't working, clearly you're going to need more(test it out with more; I recommend 4 if two isn't working, then go from there.) Either way, they work great; just about as great as anything I get in the stores. I do really enjoy the price for the amount of pills since my body requires far more to digest even the smallest amounts of dairy. Good luck.

Did a lot of research and checking reviews. So I have been using this product for two weeks and I am very pleased to say it actually works. I have consumed many different dairy products and with taking one pill first I have absolutely no problems. The one tiny thing is some slight gas.
