doctor recommended i take these for better food absorption. these are fairly small, easy to swallow, and don’t have any weird smells or taste. i don’t feel any different, but the doctor say my bloodwork is looking better, and she’s the boss…

Been taking these supplements for 1 year. My glucose level dropped substantially. Prior to taking these, it was always over 100. Last test, i was so surprised it dropped below 100!!!!!

This Vitamin helps with Neuropathy pain. I take two everyday and it relieves pain and stinging in my feet at night. This Vitamin is an ingredient found in many over priced medicines.

A note to the ones that are saying it isn't doing anything....According to Japanese research, if you feel no effects from this, then you probably don't need this, or else just take it as maintenance...but if you have issues, fibro, back pain, or the 75 other conditions it helps with, ..metabolic issues, pancreatitis, Parkinsons, etc....you may get worse before it gets better, ..it says, don't up the dosage till you feel normal again...then you can slowly up it, according to the research papers...and it works slower on some people than others,..you have to stick with it awhile...Amazing that not too many doctors know the benefit of this.
