I was dissapointed about not having the ink cartridge along with the machine, you have to buy it separately.It's a little tricky to get the text ready for printing, when you need more than one line.Other than that, it's perfect for uneven surfaces, it's prints clearly. It's a great product!!

Defective after 2 months
Was working fine initially, then it stopped printing multiple lines. Can only print one line at a time now. Only to half of the left nozzle works, right nozzle doesn't print at all.Also, it is not an ergonomic design, hand gets sore after printing dozens of items.Giving it 2 stars because at least it prints at all, something is better than nothing.

Got it today and quality with not good function makes it why they don’t include any ink with the printer.Bad product.
