Based on the description "Removable 3-Ring Binder", I was expecting the 3-ring binder to be removable as it is in other portfolios that I was considering when shopping.I like the 3 pen holders, and the place to slide in a notepad (rather than the clipboard style setup in others), but I am slightly disappointed that I cannot remove the rings, as I was expecting to be able to do (such as with the Case-it with the actual Removable 3-Ring Binder, as described).

I received this in the mail. It came in transparent plastic. not in a protective box or anything that would prevent it from being damaged. That said, mine was ok. I opened it up and tried to put my phone in the slot for phones as shown on the video but my phone is too big. I have a case on my phone and that prevents it from fitting in the slot although I don't think it would fit without that case. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra. I tried to put my 10" tablet in the slot for tablets as shown on the video but that was a no go also. I have a case on the tablet also. This is a deal breaker for me as I'm not willing to have to take off my case for my phone or tablet every time I use this. It feels good in my hands but thats about it. It's a no go for me.
