No side effects — but hard to tell if they helpedI picked these up after hearing that apple cider vinegar can support digestion and help manage blood sugar when taken with meals. I didn’t notice any side effects, which is a plus, but I also didn’t notice a big difference in how I felt. That said, not all supplements have dramatic effects, and everyone’s body responds differently. I may buy again, but I’m not sure yet — nothing wrong with them, just unsure how much they helped.

I literally hate taking so many pills and wanted to find supplements such as Turmeric, Ceylon Cinnamon, & ACV in one pill. I love this multiple all in one supplement, which is great, helps a lot, and works good on my sluggish system which makes me feel better.I like the fact that this small pill contains all my supplements at a higher potency with no aftertaste. Which helps lower blood sugar, cholesterol, and reduse pain. Its all natural and has everything in one pill, which helps manage my health better. This product works great for me.Some reviews question whether the product is genuine. I was informed by Bolo a few yrs ago that It's best to order from a brand Store for genuine products. Bolo frowns against fake items and checks warehouse inventory regularly. I found they've had a few crackdowns through the yrs, to guarantee products are genuine and meet all safety requirements. Bolo is a trustworthy company!

Take these in the morning with a multi and magnesium glycenate at night. Do you want to poop better, have more energy and loose excess weight? Then do research and learn your own body and take vitamins!

It seems like an excellent Chromium supplement 500 Mcg (which is 2.5 > the recommended dose) and less of an ACV supplement 300 mg (less than the 500 mg-1000 mg .) Why is that?
