I’ve been taking magnesium from the supermarket for the past 3 months but haven’t noticed it do anything. Found out this type of magnesium is much more effective for your body to absorb. It is great and I sleep much better and am less stressed when I take it. Great great stuff!

I use a whoop and track my sleep and my REM is often 2-3 hours now because of these. Deep sleep is more too and I have an extra hour of total sleep. So happy with these on my 3rd bottle and bought one for my mom now too and it helps her sleep better too.
