My 5yo has dry skin he’s been itching for months, but his sensory differences can’t tolerate the feel of lotions on his skin. Every moisturizer I’ve tried he either cries for me to get it off when it doesn’t soak in, or cries because it burns his irritated dry skin. This Gold Bond for sensitive skin absorbs so quickly I thought it must be evaporating! But I know it’s soaking in because I can feel the slip when I wash my hands the next morning. It’s very gentle too, no redness or stinging after applying to dry skin that’s sensitive from scratching. When moisturizing my kiddo’s skin after bathing, I just keep massaging it in until it feels gone, which is quick, and he has had no sensory complaints this way. It helps to use it on damp skin, to lock in the moisture and use less product. Great moisturizer for sensitive skin, children, anyone wearing compression socks or performance wear, who can’t wait around for greasy lotions to absorb. I’m so glad to have found a lotion that’s sensory approved by my discerning 5yo! I really like it for myself, too.

I using this cream for whole body and usually after washing my hands cuz water makes them dry. It provides deep hydration without feeling greasy, leaving my skin soft and smooth for hours. I’ve noticed a big improvement in the dryness of my hands and elbows after just a few uses. The texture is lightweight and absorbs quickly, so it's perfect for everyday use. I have rosacea on my face and oily skin, as well as psoriasis on my neck. This is so gentle on everything...I highly recommend it. A reasonable price in this economy, especially for something that lasts so long and works on the entire body- including on sensitive/problematic skin. Not too "thick" feeling or greasy...makes my skin SO smooth.Caution: If you have psoriasis flare ups, where the skin tears a little and is really red, this lotion will sting it so be warned. Make sure to heal your skin enough to the point where it is not an open wound! (It is expected that usually everything except medicine will sting flare ups, so this does not affect the quality of the lotion.)
