It's not severe, but sometimes pimples come and go. I never cared for it much because they go away anyways, but this makes them disappear more quickly without scarring or pigementation.

I tried this product for eczema/red skin issues (rather than acne). I was impressed by the ingredient list, which includes salycilic acid (good for exfoliation), tea tree extract (an anti-inflammatory), niacinamide (also an anti-inflammatory), and centella asiatica (a moisturizer). This is a gel, it is odorless, and goes on easily and has good moisturizing properties in addition to the calming benefits. So far, it's working well and I have high hopes that it will continue to work. The product seems to be high quality – it is made in Korea. The package also includes a daily sunscreen with centalla - it is 50 SPF.
