A friend needed a hand mixer. I found this one on Bolo and liked all of the features, including the 5 speeds with a turbo boost option, the dough hook and whisk attachments, the bowl rest feature and the storage bag. I also really liked the color which is more of a turquoise than green. It also had excellent reviews. I ordered the mixer and had it sent directly to my friend who used it right away. She liked the features and said it worked very well. Only con was that it got very warm if used for more than 5 minutes but did cool down within a few minutes of not using. That didn't seem to be a big problem because my friend said she would rarely need to use it for more than 5 minutes straight. Overall, she really liked the mixer and loved the color.

Works as advertised. They did ship it in its original box, so if it's a gift or you don't want anyone knowing what you got then I'd recommend getting it gift wrapped/boxed. The purple is true to color.

I purchased the pink hand mixer. It is a nice size and very cute. It has a lot of power and performs very well. My only complaint is the design. It has a small rectangular base which gets in the way when in use. It will not sit upright with the beaters on. That means you canโt sit it down to do anything. Finally, it requires a lot of effort to eject the beaters.

The eject button to stiff
Today I used for the first time. It works well but there was a burnt smell while using it and when I had to eject the botton was stiff push on. Can anyone tell if that is normal. Thanks

LOVE everything pink and this hand mixer is great!! Soft pink colour. Great attachments, easy to pop them in and out. Whipped quickly. I haven't used the bread attachment but can't wait to try it.
