I like how these caps are smaller which is much easier to swallow. Each is approximately 125mg I believe.

This magnesium works wonders. I really like it because it's a third party tested, and it doesn't make you sick or anything. It just relaxes the body and helps you to rest. So give it a try

They serve a lot of useful purposes but our overall health but I take them mainly for the sleep benefit i get from them.

A wonderful product!!! I have been taking Magnesium Oxide for decades for a variety of reasons - the single most indispensable supplement I take. I had read about the better absorbency and sleep-benefiting of Magnesium Glycinate but could not find a product that wasn't a huge, choking-size pill. I couldn't understand why no one made these in a smaller form factor as I would gladly take more... and then found this product!It is tinier than I even imagined. Maybe the smallest supplement I've seen.I still like the laxative effect of Magnesium Oxide (that Glycinate doesn't possess) that will keep anyone "regular" (I have suggested this to so many friends who have thanked me!) So I take 3 of these Mag Glycinate pills at night along with a 1/2 Mag Oxide (any brand - 250 mg) and 3 Mag Oxide as soon as I wake up for a morning bowel movement shortly thereafter.I also have very bad, chronic insomnia that the Glycinate has definitely helped with (and why I take at night about 15 min before bedtime.)

I have absolutely no problem with the contents of the capsules. However, I personally find the miniscule size of the capsules is tedious. I mean it's like one regular size capsule had quadruplets, or possibly quintuplets, or a litter. They are probably a Godsend for people who can't swallow a regular-size pill or capsule.
