This chilli sauce is great. I like the consistency, flavor, and size, I go through it quick. A bottle lasts me about 6 weeks. Nice spice level. Adds some nice flavor with a little spice. I add it to many of my meals. Goes well with much of the food I eat.

The only brand of Sriracha to buy. I can put this on just about anything to enhance the flavor. It's just enough spice to let me enjoy the food without having to blow my nose before I finish my food. Other brands' flavor seems off after using this for so many years. Good buy for 2 bottles this size.

You can never go wrong with Siracha! Always just the right amount of spicy-ness and seasoning without blowing your socks off. A few drops of Siracha improves just about every main dish you can think of.

I had so many recipes that called for sriracha hot sauce—saw this on Bolo and decided to give it a try. The flavor is excellent and the heat level is exactly what I want. I bought 2 bottles and I will be keeping this in my regular supplies. Excellent quality

Huy Fong's Sriracha hot sauce is the best! Some reviews have noted that since the fallout with Huy Fong and its principle supplier of jalapeños, its quality has not been consistent. I'm happy to say that the first bottle of the two I just received is perfect.Other hot sauces (and barbeque sauces) which have vinegar in them make my stomach upset. That's one reason I love Thai food. The heat comes from peppers alone. Plus, the odor and flavor of vinegar is nauseating to me. My wife recently bought me a bottle of Tabasco Sriracha, but it has that nasty flavor of vinegar in it. I'll be throwing that bottle in the trash.It took this supplier, which is about 10 miles away from where I live, over a week and a half to get this to me - and they were still a day late from the promised delivery. I don't know if it was shipped by boat across the Atlantic and Pacific or what!I just read that Huy Fong has once again stopped production because their current batch of peppers is too green. The article stated that the flavor is good, but the color is not. The company said they'll resume production after Labor Day. I'm glad I was able to get two large bottles before another shortage of this great sauce!
