It was scary just thinking that he has a bowel movement and the pains it will cause. He had already set up an appointment to see a GI doctor. However thanks to this cream. We applied it especially afterwards having a bowel movement when those horrible pains would come on. After a while he got full relief and within a week no more pain. Fissures are finally gone. This cream is very effective.

I ordered 3rd tube so far. Once I feel it coming I start using the cream twice daily and after few days I am back in business. It works instantly,the cooling sensation is very pleasant and helpful. The tube is small but at least I found something what works. Will stay with this product.

Review:This cream gave me paste diarrhea. I wish I were kidding.Let me walk you through this fever dream: the tube is boldly labeled “External Use Only”—yet inside, it comes with a plastic applicator and instructions to insert it internally. So which is it? Am I breaking the rules or following directions?Used it once. Within hours, my body staged a full-scale revolt. Not watery, not solid—just this horrible, sticky, clingy paste situation that wouldn’t quit. Wiping became a whole event. Like scrubbing peanut butter off shag carpet.I have autoimmune issues and a sensitive system, so I was trying to be gentle with this “natural” product. Instead, I got ambushed by 19 herbs and betrayal. I switched to a proper lidocaine-based cream, and within a day—calm, clean, and zero sabotage.Bottom line: don’t gaslight me with your labeling. If it’s for internal use, say so. If it’s not, then don’t include the applicator and instructions that tell me to shove it up my ass. Literally.Do better, iShamCare.

I think that if I didn’t have Islan care I would have been in the hospital getting the operation to put things in place. Between that and the medication the Dr prescribed I may just make it through.

This works as well as perscription medications. There is a smell, but it is not bad for me because it is the smell of something that works. I strongly recommend it.
