I have had gut problems since I was a little girl. Not much was know about pro/pre biotics then. I heard Barbara O'Neil talk about might help in restoring gut health. This product has all the natural remedies she spoke of. Do I ordered it. And by God it works, no more bloating, pain, or the "c" word. Constipation! It helps you absorb the nutrients of your food and/or other supplements you might be taking. I wouldn't write at all about it if it didn't work. Every one has their own issues. If you can find a product that really works especially for the intestines, you won't need a cabinet full of other supplements. Yes I'll admit the price isn't easy for me to keep a constant supply, but when I don't have it, I go back to my original struggles.

By the second day taking as directed I noticed a huge difference. I'm very glad I found this product. It has great healing qualities.

I have waited a week before giving my review , to see the effect . So far , sad to say … none .. I purchased this for the slippery elm and psyllium because I’m on diet medication (not wegovy , I wish ) hoping it would relieve the constipation. I’ll keep taking it because of the great ingredients and gave it a 3 star for that reason . But if thought of buying this for constipation. Don’t !!
