I take it before bed time and I definitely feel the difference in the morning as I wake up with a lot less inflamation. Very easy to take and does not disturb my sleep in any way.

My blood pressure is always on the lower side, but it went critically low after taking this supplement (80/53), and it felt so terrible, I had to take a sick leave.I guess that’s from Berberine that’s in the “age blend”. Exact amount of Berberine is not listed, I hope manufacturer would disclose such information.That’s so sad I have to stop taking this supplement, the main ingredients are so great

I purchased these after researching a few of the key ingredients that help with digestion. This product is rather inexpensive, in comparison to other more commercialized supplements i.e. (Emma); however, I have found that it works even better. It doesn’t contain the DGL or Star Anise that Emma claims to be required as the perfect combo, but this has other additions like collagen, turmeric, and fisetin which I find to be much more beneficial as far as my health is concerned. I’m an avid runner and I’ve felt much lighter on my feet since starting this complex. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Just ordered my third bottle. I was surprised that the capsule is larger and filled with yellow powder. The previous two bottles contained brown powder and were smaller. Has the formula changed or what?

I did not check the amounts of Quercetin in this rendition of FISETIN. It has become obvious to me and the bathroom, that these amounts sent me into marked gastro-intestinal distress. The kind of event that would make you second guess going into the attached garage; fearing you couldn't retreat and get to any of the bathrooms in time. The other part is lying on your bed, moaning, feeling like you are in the last stages of labor. You really have to know your sensitivities to certain ingredients and at what level they can cause problems. More is not always better.
