It was so well packed in Two separate boxs. almost zero assembly just screw legs on hook water to the back with supplied tubing and hook up bottom drain to a pump or floor drain. Plug it in and push the power button thats it. Then it Went through a 1 min cleaning cycle and started making ice full plate of ice Every five minutes was the perfect ice cube. We were bagging ice in three hours. Seem to make ice faster after the first start up. Got about 8-; 20 pound bags after three hours. Makes ice fast. I will return to update if i have any problems but for now. It was a good purchase. Solid ice cubes in five minutes very impressive.

I reviewed many options on Bolo. Im not usually good at buying this type of item on line I normally like to see, feel, touch and ask questions about the item first. :) however, after my several days of research, looking for capacity, functionality, eases of use and of course affordable I found this item to check all my boxes. I have a pool and in the summer ice is essential (you never seem to have enough) so this summer will be my first with this machine. I just hooked it up yesterday, everything was as it said it was. Worked the second I turned it on and in LESS than 24 hours the bin was at full capacity. It is user friendly and I highly recommend it. After full use this summer, I will send an update!!

I am giving this 1 star for now and will update later to see how well customer service takes care of the situation. Unit made ice for about a month and then starting giving a E2 message (NO ICE/REFRIGERANT ISSUE) and now I am running back and forth to town to keep our welding crew supplied with ice. I will be contacting customer support on Monday. I will update soon... So I upped the rating from 1 to 4 stars. I dug into it and found the water pump had locked up, the company did respond quickly and offered to send a new pump if I took pictires and some other stuff but I didn't have time for that so I just ordered a new pump of Bolo. It was dirt cheap and was the exact same pump as the original. This fixed the issue and has been working flawlessly ever since. I took one star away because I do not like the purge water draining down into my ice bin for a drain. There should be another hose for that and T into the main ice bin drain like my old commercial unit did.

This is an awesome ice machine, however we bought a pump and filter to make it even better! Made ice right away and had to shut if off as we had way too much! We are using this for personal use as we entertain quite a bit!

Just purchased this item and it does not work. It says E2 on the front. I’ve tried to contact the company. It rings and rings and rings and then they hang up on me.

Both boxes arrived at the same time, within 3 days of ordering. The packaging was amazing, multiple layers of thick cardboard so zero damage. Ice machine makes ice super fast, filled up within 15 hours.

Customer Service was excellent when we had a problem with the ice machine. They tried fixing the issue and when that didn't work, they replaced the unit with no hassle! We would definitely purchase from this seller again.

The media could not be loaded. Arrived earlier than expected. Was delivered, damaged free and packaged well. Attached is a video of the first harvest cycle. Compressor is quiet, condenser fans appear to be the size of typical computer case fans and there’s plenty of them. The ice making cycle is as fast as other Chinese machines. It drops a-lot of ice per cycle. There’s no mold inhibiting light in the storage box. The scoop is small for this sized machine. I installed a reverse osmosis water filter that feeds this machine. In my opinion, it’s a must. The evaporator is not in the easiest location for cleaning, so filtering out minerals will help the evaporator stay clean and assuring mineral deposits won’t cause ice sticking to the surface. Proper filtration also insures higher quality of ice. As with every Chinese ice maker, replacement parts are pretty much nonexistent. I would be happy if I got 3-4 years of service from this machine, but I doubt that will happen.Overall, I am happy with the purchase. I have had other Chinese ice machines, so I knew what to expect. If you are expecting a super high quality ice machine, that will last for years and worth repairing When it breaks, then don’t buy a cheap Chinese one.
