Absolutely horrible product!!! Only had for about a month now and the screen goes in and out, the sound comes and goes and the Bluetooth and CarPlay connectivity glitch and randomly turn off while driving. Waste of money and of course cannot contact seller or get any support

The media could not be loaded. Only have had for about 9-10 months. The seller is not able to be contacted & now not able to control anything on the radio. Ac is on & cant be turned off music will no longer work what so ever and so on. Therefore I have to go buy a whole other system & still pay to install all over again. This inconvenience is not okay. If the seller were able to give another with warranty that would be a different story.

Worst seller ever!!! Contacted customer service about rear seat entertainment not working he replied stating their working on it but never gave any resolution terrible customer service I’d never recommend them to anyone problem still isn’t fixed I want my money back
