The vegetables are like vegetable dust not flakes. The jar is 1/2 full. I would show the picture if I knew how to do it. I don't recommend this product. Not worth the money. I wouldn't even give it to anyone. Shame, Shame.

I was looking for something similar to packs of dehydrated vegetables in the more expensive ramen. The intent is to buy cheaper ramen. The product arrived & I was initially disappointed to see significantly less product than what was pictured. I have included a picture from before the product was even opened. I understand the picture & product does not always match, it was advertised as 3.25 lbs or 3 lbs 4 oz. So I transferred the product to another container which was tared on a scale, so result would be the product without the container & it does weigh 3 lbs 4 oz. Someone, else has a picture of the container on a scale reading 3 lb 10.6 oz, that is without taking in to account the container & paper seal. For the container to be filled as high as pictured, it would be more like 4 lbs or a smaller container. The picture they have which is most accurate is where the lid seal is advertised, I've added it to my review. It would be better to used a more accurate picture or use a smaller container. Most reviews complaining about the amount is based on a perception caused by the pictures. Smells good & tastes okay. I would have rated higher if it tasted better, but that is a personal preference.

I like Ramen noodles and use this to add flavor and texture. Nice selection of dried veggies and do rehydrate well.

They work fine in soups and stuff but has way too much parsley. I’d rather just add that in myself as needed.
