A very nice mix of flavor and spice. I am so pleased that I found a recipe that called for this. This is definitely my new ‘go to’ spice for my smoker recipes.

Hardcore to me would mean sticking to the basics of a thing - like Hardcore Carnivore would certainly mean to ME, NO SUGAR! Alas. Brown Sugar is at #5 in the ingredients list. Since there was no image of the nutritional info or ingredients, I took them at their word that they were indeed a carnivore product but in my book they are not. SO if you desire to avoid sugar in your diet - avoid this product!

Best flavor out of anything on the market! Great on steaks, chicken, brisket. You won’t be disappointed. I don’t fire up my Big Green EGG without it! Won’t leave you Chili. Hahaha!
