But I must say all it took was one dose and it worked. My libido and this energy just came out of nowhere...I have no regrets...

The energy boost i get from this the same amount from when I used to drink energy drinks. Now I just drink my protein shakes eat my meal and take these twice daily. Also as for my periods, they're irregular, however I did realize that weeks after taking them, I started to have a normal cycle. If you're not fond of gaining weight, be careful because you'd probably be prone to gaining. Other than that, they're just what I needed. 🙂

First, I took this because I was ttc. After taking this for two weeks I was pregnant after trying for a whole year. Then I miscarried, after that I continued to take it to try and conceive again. So far it’s been almost 10 months since my miscarriage and nothing. We decided to take a month break and I didn’t take any maca for that period. After I stopped taking maca I did realize it increased my period cramps incredibly, it also made me nauseous through out the day. The pill works however, it is not FDA approved so I would see how your body reacts to it. It did make me more into my man but it also gave me serious mood swings!

I tried creatine before but it doesn't work well if you're used to drink caffeine and this works even better if you use it combined with coffee or tea.

Caused weight gain and doesn't work
Would not recommend this product. Caused too much bloating and weight gain.
