pretty disappointed with this. bought as it was rated #1 warmer on alot of baby lists."smart" is a complete joke... it is dumb as a brick device... just a heating element that heats up a bath of water your bottle sits in, paired with a 1990s style VCR timer interface.how long it heats is simple a function of cold or hot starting temp button plus the "setting", which is 1990s for break our the manual and look up your bottle size (or is it milk quality??), bottle type, etc on a chart and punch in the correct number. smart.. HAHdon't even get me started on the app... probably was a project for some underpaid intern in way over their head (poor fella!). Bluetooth sure, but the app has the exact same braindead interface! I thought, ok I am never going to remember some stupid number to use for various bottles at 3am, but surely in the app I can just pick "glass" and milk amount and click go. NOPE PUNCH IN THE RIGHT NUMBER. and what number to use? oh click here for our handy picture of the CHART IN THE MANUAL!! 🤦🏻♂️also there is no temp senor on this, at least not one that would even close to make it smart and safe. heat up 2 bottles in a row? follow THE CHART (again at 3am when your baby is crying because you are so slow to get a bottle ready) and be prepared for bottle #2 to be so hot you'll drop it on the floor. at least it didn't go into baby's mouth!baby brezza should be ashamed of themselves for marketing this the way they do. sad, turned off their stuff forever now.oh btw if you have lights connected to the same circuit as this device, your lights will pulse and get dim a few cycles a second as the heating element in this thing must suck down 100% wall power in short spikes to heat up. rolling eyes... more bad design.looking for an alternative. something with a dang temp sensor at least.

Love the idea of this however there are what to me seem like obvious flaws…Flaw #1 - there’s no automatic sensor of any kind indicating you need to add water and in the middle of the night it’s so hard to see if the water is below, at or above the line.Flaw #2 - the notch on the bottom for the cord does not keep the cord in it so it’s constantly making it so it won’t seat flat in the counter and trying to fix it when holding a hungry screaming baby is enough to make you crazy.Flaw #3 - I wish there was a liner of some kind to insert when thawing a frozen milk bag because whoever has ever used frozen milk bags knows sometimes they leak upon thawing.Flaw #4 - you have to view the screen at a certain angle to read it and when it’s pushed back on the counter and your shorter than 5’4” it’s not legible…I need to pull the entire thing towards the edge and look down onto it.Flaw #5 - the nipple rings on my Dr. Brown bottles become nuclear hot but the milk is still chilled.

I feel like for the price this should have lasted longer. We started using it in August and it broke at the end of December. Just would t turn on anymore. Also the lid on the top makes it annoying to empty and clean. I ordered a momcozy one and I like that much better.

We liked this bottle warmer for it having different functions for formula versus breast milk to preserve the nutrients in breast milk. But, I subtracted stars because it leaked water every time we used it.

I love this product. It warms up the bottle fast and is easy to operate. Only problem I have with it is that sometimes it won’t turn on. I have to constantly push the power button for it to turn on. This occasionally happens though. I do love how fast it connects through Bluetooth. That’s a plus!
