Doesn’t taste or smell odd. It feels like it’s working, but like all supplements, it’s hard to tell. We take them hoping it will help us in the long run.

I started taking this to help increase my breastmilk output. I pump several times a day to ensure baby has milk while I’m at work and lately I’ve noticed I’m not making as much anymore. I bought this after hearing from a holistic doctor that it helps with not only producing more breastmilk but also to help regulate hormones. I can definitely say I’ve noticed an increase in breastmilk. After 24 hours of use I was engorged and my breast were rock hard. They’ve regulated back down now but the increased milk output stayed. I will continue to use this product.

I'm not sure whether it's working or not. I was using another brand didn't feel any pain during my period but this month after taking this brand feel pain on first day of period

While I have not been taking this long enough to see it’s full affects, it seems to be a nice addition to my supplements. I’d read about Shatavari and am very impressed with what I’ve read. I love Ayurvedic herbs that I’ve I’ve used over the years and still do, so I have high hopes for these and plan to give them at least a couple of cycles to see the results since supplements like this do take time. The quality seems excellent and I love the company’s commitment to organic standards.
