Excellent give me 15 more ! Ha! I love these things, they relax me to the point I get tired so I take them at night when I’m ready to wind down and I sleep great the entire night! Initially I bought them to take during the day whenever felt stressed or anxiety coming on but I don’t recommend taking them during the day unless you’re able to nap.

This is a great supplement because I can chew just one tablet and I'll be out in minutes. Also, after taking this, I saw improvement in my cycle such as lighter flow and little to no pain

My biggest gripe about a lot of gummy supplements is the gummies don't taste the best. These gummies have a great strawberry flavor with zero aftertaste. Definitely getting the benefit of the ashwagandha too. These are the gummies to get!
