Value for money quality and size of the bag that you get for the cost is unmatched compared to other things I've seen online. I take krill oil for skin health, pain relief and the many other benefits. the strength is just right for me i probably should go up to 2,000 mg but the 1000 seems to be a nice middle ground for daily intake the size of the pills are fairly small and really easy to swallow. Highly recommend if you're on a budget and want krill oil they also make a fish oil that I tried which is pretty good as well. Been taking them for at least seven or eight months now no side effects or issues thus so far. ๐โ๏ธ

I still don't feel any change. It may need a little longer. Pills have and smelly and tasty fish. Good quality, kind of hard swallow. But not so bad.
