This has got to be the best collagen powder I've had since I started using collagen powders. I wasn't really sure what to expect since it had a vanilla flavor added into it instead of being unflavored like my others were. I have to say that I am super glad I tried it though, because it actually is better in my coffee than the unflavored kinds have been. The vanilla is great and really blends well with the flavors of my lattes.I will say it is more finely ground than other powders I've used, more of a dust versus granular, and therefore required more stirring into my hot milk, but it does end up fully dissolved(see image). There's no gritty texture to the final mixture, but just make sure the liquid you use is hot, otherwise it will clump up, which is typical for collagen when it's cold. Such a delightful surprise and delicious way to get my protein boosting during my workouts, which is when I enjoy my homemade lattes. I very highly recommend this one and thank you so much!

This collagen mells much better than most others I've used. It also tastes great in coffee, adding a slight hint of vanilla. I like the flavor because it is more neutral than other brands. It contains collagen from multiple sources such as bovine, fish, chicken, and eggshell membranes. I also like that it dissolves fairly well in hot liquids. Another thing I appreciate is that it is properly sealed and has a best by date of almost three years from the day I received it.While there's plenty to like about this, I don't think it will become my go-to for several reasons. First, it has a strange serving size and doesn't include a scoop. The serving size is 11.5 grams twice per day. I generally just weigh it out on a kitchen scale, since I don't have a scoop that is about one and three quarters of a teaspoon. Second, this contains additives and fillers such as oat flour, natural flavor, salt and stevia. I understand that these are added to enhance flavor and prevent clumping, but I would prefer a plain product and add my own sweetener. Finally, the jar doesn't mention that this is made in a cGMP facility or is third party tested. This collagen seems to be fairly high quality and tastes good, but I would like to see minor improvements before making it part of my regular routine.

What I like most about this collagen powder is that it contains multiple types of collagen from multiple sources. When I first opened it, I searched for the scoop--the scoop often gets buried in the powder--but no scoop was to be found. This does create less waste. However, one serving size is 1 3/4 TBSP, which is an odd amount. They should have just included a scoop. Also, I liked that there were 22 servings in a container, with a daily dose of 20 grams of collagen. However, you're supposed to take two servings a day to get the 20 grams, so that's really only 10 grams of collagen per serving. If you take the full amount each day, this would only last 11 days. Anyway, it does seem to be good collagen powder. The vanilla smells good and tastes okay but I can still taste the collagen. It mixes well if you use hot water and stir vigorously. I find this true of most collagen powders. You could also try an immersion blender. I do think this this is good collagen powder and is a good choice if you're specifically looking for multiple types of collagen.

I've been using collagen products for a couple years and I think it benefits my skin and hair greatly. I've used powder, liquid, drops, capsules, pills. I make a protein shake daily so decided a powder collagen would be easily incorporated into my shake.The container is a nice size and the ingredients are clearly listed. The listing is misleading because it says 20g collagen per daily serving and on the container it says 10g per serving and 22 servings in a container. The listing also has a picture (the women with a weighted ball) that lists 10g per serving. So basically 2 servings per day are required for the 20 grams of collagen so this container would only last 11 days. That's a bit pricey!!I opened this container and it smelled good. I searched for the scoop that's always buried in the powder and there was no scoop to be found. The dose is 1.75 tbsp which is a really weird dose. So you'll need to use your own tablespoon and measure it out or use a kitchen scale. That's very inconvenient. Why not include a scoop with the correct measurement?The powder blended into my protein shake ok but when I got to the bottom of my glass I poured the shake into, the vanilla powder was clumped in the bottom. So that was a total waste of collagen powder.I also tried to stir this into my coffee but the dose was just too big for a regular size cup of coffee.This seems like a nice collagen product but it just didn't work for me. Not having a proper dosing scoop is just very inconvenient.

I like that this collagen protein blend incorporates all the collagen types one through five. There are no artificial ingredients with this. Also, each serving amounts to about nine grams of protein which is super helpful as far as meeting my daily protein intake requirements. I wish that instead of stevia, this was made with other non-sugar alternatives like monk fruit, for instance, but all in all, the flavor is okay.

I've enjoyed this collagen powder from Nature's Truth. While I know the optimum usage is to blend with water and take on an empty stomach, I like to use it in things like pancake mixes to boost flavor and nutrition. It smells nice, tastes good, and blends into thicker foods without an issue. It is harder to blend into thinner liquids by hand but should be fine if you have a decent blender. I agree with others saying this product should come with a scoop. That would significantly improve the experience of using this powder. The serving is 1.75 tbsp, and that's tedious to measure. There is indeed a discrepancy between the per-serving grams of collagen stated on the label and the listing, so I hope the manufacturer corrects or clarifies those statements. Overall, I'm pleased.
