My daughter has a bearded dragon recently and Obviously he eats crickets. They are a little bit picky on what they will hide in. They like to hide in egg crates but they cannot be smooth like you get from the store. These are very rigid and NOT smooth due to the material they are made of. The crickets like to get underneath to hide but they need some something like this that they can crawl on and not slide off. These are absolutely perfect for what I need. I have purchased others that had to be returned because they were too smooth. I’m sure they would be perfect for egg crates as well for the used with eggs. They’re also easy to cut into small pieces like for what I’m using them for. The crickets like them so I am very happy. It’s not that easy to find some that work for the crickets because most of smooth these are perfect!

Thought I was getting 30 trays but only 6 came. Was bummed but pushed it aside and was happy to have those 6 until I opened them and every one has a hole at the bottom of one of the egg holders. Poor product and deceptive photo, implying you would be receiving a greater amount of product.
