These pistachios are absolutely amazing and are some of the freshest I think I have ever received from any form of store. They are also the lowest salt I have seen on the market without being salt-free, something that made me very happy. They are also a fantastic value for the money per ounce. While I wish they came in a larger size bag, they are still pretty amazing and have a fantastic texture while still having the convenience of being shell-free!

The flavor is so good. Just the right amount of salt. The freshness of them. I will definitely reorder. I ordered 5 packs. They all seem whole. And not broke up like some people had trouble with. In My opinion this was a good buy.

The media could not be loaded. Yeah, all around great option! So much that we set up a subscription. I’m not a huge pistachio fan but hubs is obsessed with them! Upon first opening the bag, you’re hit with an enticing aroma of pistachio freshness. I typically have extras of everything on hand, given the difficulty of shipping here. And even sitting in our humid environment, waiting to be used, they are still as dry and fresh as the first day! For hubs, it’s a great way to enjoy the nutritional benefits of fiber (11%; big win).We haven’t experienced the smaller bits as other reviews. All the kernels appear quite uniform as depicted in the video. And from hubs’ standpoint, it’s all good regardless of size! Perfect satisfying light crunch with each handful. I use them to make Dubai filling from scratch so it wouldn’t make much difference for me anyway.While I prefer unsalted shelled pistachios for that purpose, they tend to be on the pricey end. And while these are salted, it’s financially worth the extra effort to “desalt”. After a thorough rinse, I toast lightly to remove the moisture. That way we have the same great texture without the extra salt.Total win win for our household and bakery!

These are nice that they are already shelled, but they do not have a lot of flavor versus a shelled, salted nut. I think it's because the salt sticks to the shell and when you pop the whole thing in your mouth to separate with your tongue or use your fingers to separate it, you get that salt burst. I will not be buying these again. This amount should last for what I intend to use it for which is chopping then making pistachio nut pudding pops, ice cream, cake or throwing them in a salad or main dish for garnish. I prefer shelled salted nuts all day, every day for taste.
