It’s been a great device, I have taken it on vacation because it’s so compact and clutter free. However recently I had an issue where the phone was not charging. I wrote to the company on their website, GetPals.net, for support and got an email almost immediately with some trouble shooting things to try. It turns out there was some kind of energy saver enabled on the phone, which after disabling allowed the phone to charge again. This was the next day and I then got a follow up phone call from the company asking if I was able to resolve. I told them what happened and they were happy to hear but wanted to be sure I sent my order info to them so I could be under warranty if I had any more issues, including the cords. This was a very positive experience with this company and would purchase from them again! It’s a great product.

Was looking for a desk top charging system for my office. Found this and decided to purchase due to the reviews. I ordered a black one. I do have an Apple phone and headphones that recharge wireless that are not Apple.Pros: easy to use. Simple plug in to electric. Base for holding iPhone to charge is wide enough for phone and does a great job holding the phone. Platform for wireless charging headphones works well. Not the fastest charger but it does a good job with charging the phone while I am working. Love that the phone is upright when charging. Makes reading messages easier. The watch charger work great and is pretty good at holding watch in place while charging.Cons: wish it was faster charging. Base needs to be heavier, was easy to knock over.Overall I’ve been using this charger for about a year now and absolutely love it for my office desk. Especially if I am going to be at my desk for awhile this will charge up my phone completely. Love the color options. I will definitely buy again in the future and I do recommend this to friends, family and coworkers.

This is an incredible deal! After purchasing the first one, I bought two more. They work much better than the much more expensive Nomad version (which did not work at all and the CS did nothing to help!). We have these set up in various places in the house for easy charging. Our Apple watches and iPhones charge perfectly on them and don't fall off (which is a problem with some others). The unit even folds up well for travel. If you want a convenient, reliable place to charge your phone and watch (+airpods), don't hesitate!

This 3-in-1 wireless charger has been a convenient and tidy solution for charging my phone, watch, and AirPods all in one place. It helps keep my nightstand organized, and I really like the sleek, minimal design. Everything has its spot, and the setup was completely hassle-free.All three devices charge without issue, and it's great to reduce the clutter of multiple cords. The watch and AirPods charge consistently, and the phone does as well, just a bit more slowly, which is expected with wireless charging in general.One thing to note is that phone placement matters, especially if you keep a case on. You need to make sure the phone is aligned properly on the pad to get it to charge. Thicker or rugged cases might interfere with the connection and prevent charging altogether.

I wanted to try out a wireless charger and this is great! It charges up my watch, phone & airpods at a nice speed. To help out with what the 3 lights on the bottom mean: If they are white, it means it’s on and ready to charge. When the lights turn blue, the device is charging and if the lights are blinking red, the device isn’t charging. I highly recommend!

It works, but when I'm putting items on the stand, I have to make sure they are in the right spot to charge. Several times the phone might have been off center or got nudged and it didn't charge. I have non apple earbuds and have to move them around a bit to catch the charging area. It might be because the are not airpods, so I'm not sure. So once I find the correct charging spots, it works ok.

the charger is good overall , but the magnetic pads are so weak , it is common that the phone can slip away easily , it's good thing when you pick it up with no resistence , but bad thing otherwise..I think it is over prices a bit also ..
