They are perfect. I use these for sourdough loaves that are anywhere (pre-bake) from 750 grams to 1 kilo. The fit fine. Quick note, there is a desiccant packet below the lining in each basket, remember to remove those before you use these baskets

Good quality bannetons for my sourdough. They make a nice round shape loaf that's large enough for my family's weekly bread. I use the liner it comes with and wash it in the machine. Overall i'm happy with them.

I ordered this two pack on sale and have no complaints! I run a micro cottage bakery and teach sourdough classes on occasion. Usually, I purchased whichever baskets are on sale to give to my students and these happened to be the most recent order. I make beautiful boule loaves using the banneton baskets, they are a must-have for sourdough beginners. Banneton baskets will give you a consistent shape to your dough, just put your shaped sourdough ball into a banneton basket upside (I typically leave the liner in the basket), cover with a damp cloth, and put in the fridge overnight. If you decide not to use the liner, make sure that you coat the banneton basket with rice flour or another non-gluten containing flour so that your dough doesn't stick! Happy baking!

Let them properly dry before storing.I am paranoid about bugs so I seal in a zip lock when storing. I didn’t wait long enough and they got moldy.These were bug free from delivery and I was happy with them. Just a few loose poky stands so I always used the covers for my dough. Sad I ruined them, will be rebuying.
