4. Wait for the exhaust to finish and gently withdraw, and throw away the rod.

The Frida baby brand were quite expensive, so I opted for these, and they seem to be the same essentially. I feel kind of weird them into my babies bottom, but when sheβs gassy, it can make her much more comfortable quicker than gas drops alone. I put a little bit of coconut oil on them to make it most comfortable for her.
