5.0 out of 5 stars Best tool ever for the price
This multi tool is awesome and very well made. I've had brand name tools from Leatherman, Sog, etc and this is the best clone of them ever seen. I bought some to keep around the house for small projects, and this thing never disappoints me. This feels great in the hand and the weight is no issue at all, in fact I wouldn't like anything lighter. Has all the tools you would need and even a screwdriver set as well. The versatility is good since you can be removing a sliver from your hand one minute and using the can opener at the camp another. Have to say the tool is a bit stiff when opening for the first few times, but has gotten easier with time. I used some oil in spots and no problems now. If you want to spend hundreds on other brands go ahead, but this tool is the bomb!
5.0 out of 5 stars Best Value Tool With Premium Quality
What a banger!! I am a multi-tool buyer from almost every brand..This one competes with any brand almost for quality and beats most for features. The tools are useful and not just for show. I am extremely impressed and tempted to buy more from this company.
4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty decent tool for the money
So this is basically a Leatherman Surge clone and overall it does a pretty damn good job. It's got a VERY similar tool set to the Surge but with a MUCH better bit driver. No it's not made with the most perfect steel but most multi tools are not unless you buy something like a leather man Arc with a Magnacut blade. You just need to adjust your expectations of what a mulitool is used for. IT IS NOT A HEAVY DUTY USE TOOL. NO MULTI TOOL IS. Multi tools are meant to be light duty convenience based tools that are great in a pinch when you can't carry a tool box with you. For example some people LOVE to do heavy prying with the blade or the full size flat head screw driver and then complain when it breaks. Well of course it's going to break. Do not do that. You would break any multi too doing that. Light prying is fine but no heavy prying. Even dedicate pry bars like on the Gerber Center drive are not for heavy prying. They will bend or break. When used within the realm of what this tool was meant to be used for it easily stacks up to it's Leatherman counterpart and even surpasses it in one key way. The bit driver. The bit driver on this while not magnetic can hold any standard size bit you can get from any hardware store in the history of pretty much ever which means bit availability is near infinite. Unlike Leatherman where you have to use their proprietary flat bit design with those bits being made of soft steel that break easily. Throw that on top of the fact Leatherman does a pretty poor job of keeping those over priced and low quality bit's in stock and you can easily lose one of the most important functions of your multi to corporate revenue schemes. The bits it comes with are double sided ball detent bits which honestly cover like 90% of what most people use a screw driver for. The ball detent does a great job at making sure the bits stay in the bit holder and it doesn't feel like it's going to break if you have a particularly stubborn screw. One con is that the bit holder is not magnetic so if you use a standard bit or a bit extension it will not be prevented from falling out but it will still work as a screw driver just fine. What you can do to fix this is get a small magnet from an old set of earbuds or just buy a 2mm by 6mm disc magnet and stick it onto the back side of the bit and then shove it inside the bit holder and boom. You now have a magnetic bit holder. Some people will us a little super glue to keep the magnet in too which works great. One extra thing I bought with this was a small Makita socket set with a socket adapter that fits perfectly in the bit holder. It's meant for impact drills but it works really well with this multi tool for those times you need a socket up to 13mm. If you need anything bigger than that you might as well get an actual socket wrench. I also use just a standard magnetic Dewalt bit extension that comes with just about any Dewalt bit kit and that works great too for extending standard size bit reach. Something that is super cool about the Makita Socket set is that the socket extender will fit and stay inside the multitool's bit holder without needing a magnet even though it doesn't have a ball detent. How ever it was machined, it allows it to stay in the bit holder through friction alone. The rest of the implements of the tool feel relatively high quality. Especially when I compare it to my 15 year old generic brand (protocol) multi tool that I've had since I was a kid. My old generic tool has rounded corners on the implements making them less effective and more likely to slip. It has a saw but it barely cuts. The implements on this tool have sharper edges and feel a lot less cheap. Like they had more thought put into them and how they would function in the real world. The T shank adapter is AWESOME. I really dig the file it comes with by default. I'm going to compare the file on this tool to the file on my MP600. This file has a diamond side that I have not used yet but I have used the cross cut side and while not the best file in the world it does work pretty well. Especially when compared to it's wave clone counterpart. The cross cut is cut deeper and more aggressive than on the wave clone but not as aggressive as on my MP600. I have used my MP600 file for filing down thick metal burs/corners, wood, and even my molar when the corner broke. My molar was driving me crazy because there was a sharp pointy bit that that kept cutting the side of my tongue so I used the file to round it off and it worked great! no more sores on the back of my tongue from getting cut. I have no doubt that the cross cut file on this tool can hold up to the same rigors I put my MP600 file through. I have less confidence in the file on the wave clone though. The cross cuts are just too shallow on the wave clone to really be effective. I really don't know about the diamond file as I have not used it yet and have really never needed one.The saw blades that come with this tool are great. They are sharp and they actually cut very well. If you needed to get through some wooden dowel, sticks, small branches, or some relatively thin PVC they would work great. If they break you can replace them easy peasy. The can/bottle opener is awesome. Making a bad bottle opener is pretty hard. You have to really try to make bad bottle opener so it really goes with out saying that the bottle opening function works as advertised. The can opener is where it really shines. It has the reverse blade can opener rather than the trashy forward blade can opener on most Swiss army multi tools. It cuts those aluminum lids so much better. Both will work as can openers but you will have a much better experience opening a can of food with this one rather than a Swiss army knife can opener. It also has two more flat head screw drivers next to the can opener. I think the larger one is just fine because sometimes you do need a flat head that big and wide and it doubles as, again, a LIGHT DUTY pry tool so I really dig it. The smaller screw driver is a bit redundant though as you can just use the bit driver with a double sided bit for that size of flat head. Maybe they could have put a package opener there instead? The reamer/awl is also pretty great. It's great for poking holes in material that is softer than it. So like fabric, leather, wood, plastic, cardboard etc. I REALLY dig that it has the hole in it so you can sew with it if you need to as well. No you probably aren't going to be sewing with it often in real world use but I'd rather have it than not. Especially when having it is as simple as drilling a hole. Like why not?The outboard tools are pretty good. The main blade is a decent standard straight blade and comes pretty sharp. You can almost swim through a printer paper test cut with it it's so sharp. The knife steel is obviously not as fantastic as a dedicated knife and it definitely will not hold an edge like a dedicated knife will but the it is perfectly adequate for the applications that multi tool blades are normally made for which is again, LIGHT DUTY WORK in a pinch. It is made with better steel than the rest of the implements for it's purpose. No multitool except maybe the Leatherman Arc with it's magna cut blade will have a blade that holds an edge super well. The good news is that it's pretty easy to sharpen. It doesn't take much to get this thing swimming through paper again using a quality sharpening stone. The serrated blade is very sharp and rips through rope just fine. The scissors are pretty good too. I like how large they are which is one of the main reasons I bought this tool. Even as big as they are you can do some precision snips with it within reason and they lock in place firmly. They also do not spread when cutting tougher materials unlike other generic multi tools and even some name brand multitools. The joints of all tools are pretty smooth and don't take much effort to pull out. They all lock in place firmly and are easily adjustable with the joint screws. There is an issue I have with the locks on the outboard tools. While not a deal breaker for this tool for me the outboard locks could use a bit more QC lovins. They are liner locks like on locking folding knives but the problem is one liner lock goes a little too far to the right of the base of the straight blade leading me to think that if pressed hard enough the lock could slip to the side and release the blade. The other issue is with the liner lock on the serrated blade. It's a little too tall. I'm talking like a micro meter or two too tall. It prevents the serrated blade from locking when trying to open it one handed. You still need two hands to pull the blade further back so the lock can engage. This is on my copy of this tool and your's will probably be different with it's own weird "quirks". These are issues you very likely won't see on a Leatherman but for three times less than an actual Surge. I have no problem dealing with these minor issues. I can file down the serrated blade liner lock to get it to work as it should and I can bend back the straight blade liner lock to make it work as intended. The folding action of the pliers is satisfying and solid and the pliers them selves seem sturdy enough. I have not had a chance to really torque on these suckers to see what the limits might be but most of the time I use the pliers on a multi tool I don't need to hard core torque on anything. The replaceable wire cutters seem good enough so far and cut through everything I usually cut through, which is mostly soft wire, but it can cut through a wire coat hanger no problem. Not sure how they'll hold up over time but I do prefer non replaceable wire cutters as I have cut all kinds of wire on a bunch of different multitools over the years both generic and name brand within reason and some slightly unreasonable wire and I have never broken them. My MP600 has non replaceable cutters and I have actually done some terrible things to those cutters and there's not a scratch on them. Time will tell if these replaceables last for a decent amount of time and if I can actually find replacements if/when i need to. I don't know if Leatherman cutters will fit it or if I will have to find custom cutters. All in all this is one heck of a multitool for $40. The main big difference between this and the surge is just fit and finish and for the price you really can't complain too much.

Item was as described, heavy but well built, attachments were generally easy to open, except for the file & functional. Knife was very sharp, liked the scissors, nice nylon case but the belt clip looks flimsy & would be leary of depending on it if working outdoors. The allen wench may snag on clothing as it tends to turn out from pouch & may fall as a result. Good versatile product, satisfied with purchase
5.0 out of 5 stars Good quality product and great customer service.
I've had this tool for a few months now and I absolutely love it. I use it all the time for all kinds of little things around my house. I even got my uncle to buy one for his truck. We both love it. My favorite part is that it comes with a bunch of bits and I've used them many times already. I have a great set of tools in my garage but I use this Bibury all the time for minor stuff in the house. It is BIG which I love and fits well in my hand. It is high quality and the design is great because it's just like the Leatherman Surge. But the price is WAY better. I can buy 3 of these, one for each car and one for in the house and still have money left over.I almost forgot, I needed some customer service bc there was a little problem and Bibury took care of me right away. They are top notch and I'll continue recommending them to people.
5.0 out of 5 stars Very good quality products. The scissors are extremely effective.A good all purpose tool
Outstanding very high quality tool have been using for several months daily.A little bulky but other than that I find no issues
Eccellente attrezzo... Consigliato
Ottimo prodotto, robusto e tagliente, rapporto qualità prezzo ineguagliabile!
A true heavy duty surprise…
I’ve been using Leathermans for 25 years-ish. Extremely loyal to the brand. Never even thought about trying something else—why fix what isn’t broken? But then I stumbled across reviews for the Bibury. At €39, I figured there was no way this thing could come close to my trusty Leatherman. But curiosity got the best of me, and I took the plunge. When it arrived, I was ready to be disappointed! Instead, I was shocked. This thing felt solid. The build quality was excellent, the steel looked and felt just as tough as my old tools, and it had that satisfying heft to it. Ergonomically? Spot on. The only catch was that it needed a bit of WD-40 to loosen up—but hey, they tell you that in the instructions. No surprises there. Now, I’m a heavy user. I put my multitools through hell. And here’s the crazy part—this thing performs just like a €200 tool. I have no idea how that’s possible. Every function works exactly as it should. Pliers, blades, screwdrivers—no complaints. If someone blindfolded me and put this in one hand and a high-end multitool in the other, I’d have a hard time telling the difference.Durability? This thing is built like a tank. I can’t imagine breaking it unless I do something really stupid with it (which, let’s be honest, is always a possibility). I’m convinced this will last a lifetime, just like the premium tools I’ve used for decades. And that brings me to the real kicker—the price. If this were selling for €100–€150, I wouldn’t even question it. But €39? I still don’t understand how that’s possible. Will I switch to Bibury? If they make spare parts easy to get, then absolutely. I have a sneaking suspicion I’ve been overpaying for patent protection and brand recognition for the last 30 years. Innovation is great, and I don’t mind paying for it, but at some point, I think I was just funding fancy marketing campaigns.Bottom line: If you’re looking for a high-quality, heavy-duty multitool without the premium price tag, just buy this thing. You might end up wondering, like me, why you’ve been paying so much for so long.
