4. Wait for the exhaust to finish and gently withdraw, and throw away the rod.

These are so much cheaper than the Frida baby ones but work just as well. I find they're even a bit softer. The only time my baby ever cries (seriously!) is when she's gassy and isn't able to pass it. As soon as we use this, we give it a few seconds and the gas sounds like a whistle. Sometimes it's accompanied by poop as well. Be sure to have some type of guard (paper towels, bed chucks, or diaper in front of the opening so, if poop comes out, it doesn't splash everywhere! We do not use these routinely, we only use them when she's clearly in pain and crying.

I buy these non stop, my daughter has really bad stomach issues and everything morning wakes up crying until she is able to poop and these are the real deal. Within seconds she is better!!! I buy them as an add on for every baby shower gift, I recommend them to all my friends with babies. 10/10 recommend. Even if you end up not needing them it's better to have them and not need them than need them and not have them! Also, you get 20 for under $10 with this brand and they are the exact same as the Frida ones which come with less in a package for more money!
