Easy way to get high protein throughout the day. You can use it for cooking as well to make your meals higher in protein. While it is unflavored, it is not flavorless. It's not bad but you will be able to tell it's in your food or shake. Use your favorite seasoning for cooking or sweetener for shakes to mask the taste. It is pretty chalky consistency and you have to mix well or it stays clumpy. Overall I recommend this stuff and only 1 ingredient and no added bs

If you never tried unflavored Pea protein before that’s how all of them tastes. That’s why they call it unflavored. So stop complaining about the taste.

This is my 3rd or maybe my 4th time buying this bag of protein over the past year. I use it mostly in baking but occasionally in my coffee. It’s a great deal for the amount of powder you get. It bakes really well and mixes well in yogurt. It’s very comparable to the other protein powders out there. It has a lot of protein for the amount of calories as compared to other products.

I've been eating pea protein for a few years. First time I've tried this one and I prefer other brands. I mix it with water and give it a couple of minutes in the microwave. You have to keep stirring the foam back in. I think this brand is not quite as refined, but its foam looked ragged and it was a darker color. It was easy to stir back in and tasted ok, but it's not a big plus. Also, the bag it comes in is less convenient than plastic bottles, though environmentally better no doubt. I'll go back to Now and Carlisle.

Makes my morning spirulina/moringa/matcha drink waaaaay tastier. Tried leaving it out the other day...nope--gotta have it! 5 lb bag is a good deal.

I was looking forward to trying a new pea protein brand (since I’m a creature of habit and have been using a different one for years), but when I got this and opened it, there was empty, crinkled, plastic packaging balled up inside the powder. At first I thought - maybe the scoop was supposed to be inside? I have no idea, since there is no scoop either. Some things on the manufacturing side I can let go with products, but if there is literal trash sealed inside this powder, there is no telling what else could be in it. Quality control is a legit concern with a lot of these plant based powders, and finding plastic and also not having a scoop are two pieces of proof it ain’t happenin’ with this company.Unfortunately you can’t return powders on Bolo so I’m out this money - and so I think you guys should look towards other brands that have better manufacturing oversight.Also - I’ve tried to look for a way to communicate with the seller but to no avail - but if the seller happens to see this and reaches out to assist with a refund, I will update my review to reflect that.

The media could not be loaded. Probably a little bit it.I was looking for a vegan protein powder to move away from whey since it causes upset stomach and, you know, the planet and stuff. I came across this one, and it was a really good price at the time. (To be fair, it’s up at least $9 since I bought it, and I’m not even finished with my first bag.)I tried several different ways to make this work for me. I mean, I read so many reviews, and this one seemed to have mostly positive reviews! They (you know “they”) specifically mentioned how well it blends! Well, sign me up!Upon reflection and using half the bag: unsubscribe.I tried a shaker cup (at least one review mentioned it was the best way). I got my arm workout for the day, and it was still clumpy.I tried a frother in coffee. STILL CLUMPY.Mmk, maybe I need to mix it then use it as a creamer. Shaker cup with almond or coconut milk. Then frother in the coffee. STILL LLLLUMPY.Fine. I’ll bust out my big, ol’ Vitamix. It would work (no lovely lady lumps) one time, then the next, I’d take a sip only to have to stop and chew. Groooooss.Now, one review out and out mentioned she EATS IT WITH A SPOON. So, to each their own. Maybe when I’m ready to chew my pea protein powder, this will be the one.I am not giving up. I’m hoping to find the consistent trick, down to the ml of liquid and the second of blending, I just… WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE SO HARD??!Pics are the powder in the bag, in the cup, blended, in the coffee cup.I tried.I tried.
