This is a heavy duty height adjustable hitch adapter. Very well made and black powder coated finish. I really like the design and way it’s built. The fact they had foresight to include 2 pin locks. One for the receiver and one for the vertical adjustment. They have also included rubber dampers to reduce unwanted movement of the adapter in the receiver, but that simply is not enough to stop that movement. I have one of those bent plates that gets bolted in via a u bolt right behind the receiver and it does it’s job very well and 100% stops any kind of movement here. Bad part here is that when together the gusset or brace that strengthens the rise or drop is so close to the receiver it can only be used if you are using the adapter in the rise position. There is not enough room when it’s in drop position. The only other thing that I’m unhappy with is the ball holding piece that moves up and down is made with the 2 inch and the 2 5/16 inch balls, and there is no 1 7/8 inch ball. Only very rarely do I pull anything with a 2 5/16 hitch. But I pull the 2 inch predominantly and 1 7/8 quite a bit . There is no provision for 1 7/8 inch ball so when I need to use that trailer I have to change adapters which is a drag.

Wow...... yes I can say wow cause not only is the unit amazing but they thought in the packaging shows they take pride in what they do.... wowFrom the minute you open the box it's like Christmas all over. They have one of the best packages I've seen in a long time. I felt great in getting this and that's just the opening process. Once you get past all that you can see what quality looks like .... from them even adding a pair of gloves to the other items included here.The drop down hitch is well made and the welds top notch. The double ball allows Multiple trailers to be hooked up real fast on on hitch. No more changing out for a bigger ball size. Also the drop or raise option gives me the best options all in one unit I was able to hook up the food trailer one day and the jetski the next. WowThey included Ed everything in a well thought out product that I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to any and everyone. If you need a hitch THIS IS THE ONE.FAST SHIPPINGAMAZING let me say that again AMAZING quailty workmanshipGreat price for this beast of a package.5 🌟 - no make that 10 🌟s cause it's that good.A must have for any trailer pulling person.

I was pleasantly surprised at the build and finish of this hitch. We wanted one like this so we could use it on several vehicles and for different size trailers. The adjustability eliminates needing to have separate drawbars with the correct drops for those different configurations (and you can turn it either way for more height). Since the hitch balls are welded on, you could not configure this to tow a trailer with a 1&7/8" coupling.The hitch comes with 4 pins, 2 are lockable but use different keys. The pin holes are a little big so be prepared for some rattling. Also, if your truck has a 2&1/2" receiver where you will need a reducer to 2", the pins provided will not span that distance, they will span 2" receivers only. So you will need a longer pin.The provided anti-rattle square felt washers seem pretty useless. I would go for the typical bolt on anti-rattle hitch tightener. The hitch does fit well in a 2" receiver, I measured it at right on 2" width.The hitch is steel and has some heft. Aluminum is lighter but I like the confidence of steel when towing a loaded horse trailer.The included gloves and mat are a nice touch to save hands and knees in adverse conditions.

The supporting locks rust immediately, the paint chips off easily, it’s super nice to look at but it does not stand up to being outdoors what it is designed to be. For the price the quality and durability should be better.

super heavy since its made of steel which is a heavy metal compared to aluminum. Fits almost every 2inch receiver I have tried without any issues. I have a 14ft enclosed trailer that I tow which usually weights about 6000lbs loaded and it has been holding up great. The only one thing that I think needs to be changed is the design of the ball unit that which has 2 steel plates welded on each sides to mount onto the receiver end. It would of been more ideal if it was a solid piece with 2 holes drilled for the pins. Everything else is great.
