I like this set very much. The weights work with my TotalGym (great bonus, additional versatility) and it is very comfortable to use as compared to lifting with a metal weight set. It is easy to assemble. Grip feels good. Seems of decent quality and the color is fine. I enjoyed working out with it and am looking forward to doing more.

Generally good purchase with variety of uses. Weights are easy to switch out. Grip is comfortable. Twist locks hold well, but it's best to check them before you reuse them. Occasionally rolling them will make the twist locks come loose. Easy to assemble. Effective dor working out and easy to use.

I love these! They are super easy to assemble or break down to use as a different type of weight. The weight range is perfect for me (not a super heavy lifter), but also for my husband who does lift heavier weights often! They have a strong grip & the cushion pieces are very comfortable. Functional for a smaller area/indoor gym due to being easy to break down and store!

Can be assembled to freely adjust the weight, and can be spliced lever is really so practical, compared to my previous purchase convenient and practical. Ideal for those who want to train multiple muscles. The sponge design on the surface feels great.

I bought this for easy work out. It is not the best for what I needed. It has long screws and takes a long time to change too change the weights on it. I do not recommend unless you do not need to change the weights as you workout.

Great for easy at home workouts when I don’t feel like going to the gym. Affordable option. Wish it came with more of the nuts that hold the weights in place. Be aware the package is VERY heavy when it arrives.

It has nice feel to the texture.And although plastic, (or perhaps vinyl), they don’t feel cheap.The set looks good, too. I like the Orange and Black look, compared to the other Red and Black sets available.I also really like that you can spin the orange locking nuts on by giving them a good hard spin - and they'll keep going - sometimes all the way on, (depending on how hard you initially spin them), without having to constantly keep turning and cracking them all the way on. (Same with removing them.)The orange locking nuts have 2 opposing 'extended nubs' on them, to aid in cranking them down tight.There is a foam-padded area on the center bar that would touch or rest on the back of your neck, when using the bar fully extended with both arms.The two shorter individual threaded bars turn in quite far - all the way into the center bar for added stability.There are also 2 Kettle Ball Handles, and a dedicated Kettle Ball End Piece, which helps me keep a controlled grip on them, when slowly and carefully using the weights to dip behind my back and shoulders, (among other alternate exercises).The spacious openings of the Kettle Ball Handles are plenty wide enough, as well, (if two hands are required or preferred), allowing for different positions to hold, grasp, and maneuver them.For a really good product, it’s very well priced, compared to the other options available.I’m happy with the set![One Word of Caution: I would caution against dropping them, though, as they are most likely filled with sand, (or something similar), and could therefore crack and split open, if dropped from high enough up.There is a bit of a slippery feel to them to be aware of.]Each Dumbbell arrived individually protected in its own soft sleeve.

The workmanship is poor and the dumbell bar is very long and it is difficult to do exercises with it and the weights are in pounds and not kilograms so I do not need themالصناعة رديئة وعصا الدانبل طويله جدا ومن الصعب اجراء التمارين من خلالها والاوزان بالباوند وليس بالكيلوجرام وقد تم اعادتها لامزون
اوزان متوسطه ٣٠ كجم المجموع
صحيح ان المنتج خفيف مجموعه يصل الى ٣٠ كجم لكن خامته حلوه وومتازهلكن اللي يشيل اوزان عاليه ماتصلح له
