The taste is so comforting too :) my boyfriend also has sleep problems sometimes and I tried to give him a cup too but he didn’t think it would work (he ended up sleeping horribly, while I slept soundly) - going to give him a cup tonight and see if it helps him too!

If you have trouble sleeping this will knock your socks off! I really have trouble sleeping or at least I used to before I discovered this tea! Now I have a cup before bed , and BOOM! SWEET DREAMS.....! Just be sure to have some early in the evening before bed because if you have it too late you won't want to get up in the morning trust me on that one!Wink wink ;-)

My grandma drink this tea every night so I have to buy it regularly, because of the subscription deal it's great for me to save some money and there is not much to tell about it it's been great and the best for his calming effects since forever.

I used to have trouble sleeping. I'm not allowed much in the way of over the counter medications because I have extensive liver damage, so I didn't have many options. Then I found this, and the first night, I expected to be up half the night scrolling on my phone. within about a half hour, I suddenly wentt lights-out like somebody pulled the plug. I slept amazingly well--good deep sleep with dreams! When you don't sleep well, you don't dream much. I've always loved Celestial seasonings sleepytime, and was going to give that a try again. I didn't realize this one has valerian in it, and that's what pulled the plug instead of waiting, hoping to drift off. Waking up is a little slow motion, so if you have to be somewhere, get up half an hour earlier and have some black tea or coffee and you'll be ready to move a mountain!
